Machine Vision and Architecture - Carina Zabini

In her lecture Carina Zabini will discuss the topic of machine vision and its relation to the field of architecture as it was explored at the Studio Greg Lynn at the University of Applied Arts, Vienna. She will further present her own approach to the topic, which was part of her master thesis, as well as some of the approaches of her studio colleagues.

Carina Zabini is an architect and researcher based in Vienna, Austria. In 2016 she graduated with distinction at the University of Applied Arts, Vienna. She organized and led several workshops and educational projects. In 2015/2016 she held a position of an assistent at the Department for Structural Design, University of Applied Arts Vienna. She worked in several architectural offices including Caramel Architekten (Vienna).
