UMPRUM once again confirms its quality in the ranking of world universities by defending its position among the top 100 schools in the QS World University Rankings for the third year in a row. UMPRUM is still the only art school from the post-communist block to make it into this ranking.
The QS World University Rankings has been helping students find the best college since 2004 and is the world's most popular source for choosing where to study. The assessment is made up of a range of the most objective measures possible including academic reputation, and even the school's reputation as an employer.
The British Royal College of Art, University of Arts London, and Parsons School of Design at The New School, New York, have long been at the top of the list. UMPRUM has been holding its position among the 50th - 100th best art schools for a third year. Schools in the same category, are for example, the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, Haute Ecole d´art et design de Geneve (HEAD), Sheffield Hallam University, Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin), University of California, San Diego, and the University of Pennsylvania.
