Structures of Discretion: Artistic Event and Its Relation to Institutional Governance

The research addresses the question of how artistic experience can enter the field of institutional management and what specific modes of thinking about leadership may emerge from it. It is grounded in the idea that the relationship between art and management constitutes a tension in which distinct, partially incommensurable regimes of knowledge and practice collide. The research asks in what ways creative experience differs from established approaches to leadership, how an artistic event can affect institutional environments, and what can be learned from works that are not primarily conceptual but instead stabilize their meaning through their formal and tectonic qualities.
