Project team

The HR Excellence in Research project at UMPRUM is governed by the Steering Committee and implemented by the Working Group, which comprises representatives of both academic and administrative staff. 

The Project Guarantor provides institutional support and ensures alignment between project implementation and UMPRUM management. 

The HR Excellence in Research Coordinator coordinates project activities and facilitates cooperation between the the Steering Committee, the Working Group and other UMPRUM units involved. 

The Steering Committee provides strategic leadership to the project and oversees its alignment with the UMPRUM Strategic Plan.  

The Working Group prepares the GAP analysis and draft Action Plan. It comprises representatives from across UMPRUM so that the project reflects staff experience and the needs of the individual units. Its academic members represent the different researcher career stages (R1–R4). The current composition will remain in place until August 2026.
