HR Excellence in Research is a European initiative that helps universities systematically improve researchers' working conditions and develop transparent HR processes.
HR Excellence in Research at UMPRUM
UMPRUM joined the HR Excellence in Research initiative by signing an institutional commitment to the principles of the European Charter for Researchers. In doing so, the university has committed itself to systematically developing the working environment for researchers and to gradually introducing measures in the areas of transparent recruitment, career development and research support.
