Two Jury Special Mentions for the Stone of Destiny

Stone of Destiny received a Special Mention at this year’s Sehsuchte International Student Film Festival and a Special Mention for Student Film at this year’s Anifilm!

Sehsuchte International Student Film Festival
„Because it explores a situation that cannot be held for much longer of a rocky character and its curiosity. The complexity of representation about a rock letting things go and exploring new things as well as breaking with the conventional ideas it had in the first place. A very modern way of narration. Thanks to the inventive generosity of the director, in a life full of confusion there is always space for choice and a funny song.“

International Festival of Animated Films Anifilm
„We all need a bit of light to brighten our lonely lives – and sometimes that light comes through singing songs. The film touched us with its sincerity and emotional resonance.“
