Tzuchi Su, a student of the Studio of Free Art II in the Visual Arts program, together with Ema Prosová from the Academy of Fine Arts (AVU), will present their works in the exhibition Cuteness Aggression.
Cuteness Aggression brings together two friends whose artistic voices are shaped by upside-down cultural contexts – Tzuchi (UMPRUM+ Internship in AVU), coming from Asia to Europe, and Ema(AVU), moving through Asia while rooted in Europe.
They build bridges across memories, experiences, and cultural landscapes, mixing personal histories with observations of their surroundings. Their collaboration is playful and exploratory, sometimes chaotic, sometimes delicate, like following the flow of a river carrying fragments of familiar and foreign cultures. Along the way, they share small rituals – sipping bubble tea, wandering the city streets, planning trips together – that quietly feed their imagination.
Their work blends real and imagined elements: castles, plants, foxes and tiny spirits that float together in dreamlike spaces. Nostalgic memories, cultural connections, and soft friendship mix, creating fragile yet vivid environments.
