Martinková chose to present her two works in the form of an installation entitled Tribute to Baroque Gothic. Both pieces reference the buildings of Czech Baroque architect Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel, who had Italian roots. The works Holy Water Font and Santini in a Cube reflect the interconnection of Czech and Italian sources of inspiration at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries. The object Santini in a Cube was created in collaboration with glass artist and Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague lecturer Ivan Pokorný.
