Project team

The HR Excellence in Research project at UMPRUM is managed by the Steering Committee and carried out by the Working Group composed of representatives of both academic staff and administrative employees. 

The Project Guarantor provides institutional support for the project and links its implementation with the university management. 

The Coordinator of the HR Excellence in Research project ensures the coordination of the project's activities and links the work of the Steering Committee, the Working Group and other university units involved. 

The Steering Committee provides strategic leadership to the project and oversees its alignment with the UMPRUM Strategic Plan.  

The Working Group prepares the analysis of the current state (GAP Analysis) and the draft Action Plan for the project. It is composed of representatives from various parts of the university, so that the project reflects the experience of employees and the needs of the individual workplaces. The academic members of the Working Group represent the various career stages of researchers (R1–R4). In its current composition it operates until August 2026.
