How do typographic conventions differ across languages? And how to confidently handle different types of typesetting themselves? Be the first to try Typofix proofreader, shift between languages and work confidently with everything from single-language texts to complex multilingual publications.
Typofix is a tool for detecting and correcting typographic errors in up to 24 languages, helping unify typographic rules throughout the entire publishing process and automating details such as quotation marks, spacing, punctuation, and language-specific conventions.
During the workshop, you will explore the app in practice, work with real texts, and discover typographic rules across languages, with a focus on English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. You will also gain insight into the challenges of multilingual typesetting and learn how to handle them using advanced tools and automation.

This public lecture in English will take place within the European Typographic Proofreader project. This project is co-financed with the state support of the Czech Technology Agency within the SIGMA Programme.
