QUESTIONS TO BE TACKLED
Does it make sense to declare university politically neutral space?
What is the role of education nowadays?
What is the methodology of artistic education and why isn't it developing at all, if so how?
What forms of resistance can survive within the academy?
Administrative power groups controlling different voting systems, methods of group decision making, how not to get stuck at inflexible rules and still to be open to newcomers.
The question of how the academically "marginal" countries are in the center of western research, but not included in academically organized debates.
What are the possibilities of post-soviet countries?
How these countries started to perceive themselves as politically "neutral" after having been once strongly politically engaged.
