We live in times of profound polycrisis, where ecological, social, and spiritual challenges overlap in ways that are increasingly difficult to navigate. Beneath these crises lies a deeper meta-crisis — a dis-ease rooted in the sensibility of modernity-coloniality and its logic of separability.
Weaving critical context with examples of pedagogical and art-life processes, this session invites an inquiry into paths toward metabolic intimacy, asking how practices of letting go can become gestures of reconnection and pathways for cultivating visceral response_ability.
