Jana Mýtinová and Tereza Válková, students of the Studio of Design and Digital Technologies at UMPRUM, are participating in A.Maze in Berlin — an international festival and platform for independent and arthouse games — with their game Lelkovadlo 2: The Parting Game.
A.Maze, a festival of games and creative gaming media, is a major event on the independent games scene and celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2026. Jana Mýtinová and Tereza Válková, in collaboration with Barbora Kocmichová and Jasmína Vladíková, are taking part in the game jam with their game, which will be presented on Sunday, May 17, as part of the closing evening at the b-dome venue in Urban Spree.
Their game Lelkovadlo 2: The Parting Game can be compared to watching clouds in the sky as they shift and rearrange themselves. In the game, the player’s small creature functions as a cloud, gradually taking shape through play. The goal is to assemble your own “Lelek,” connect with others, and leave behind an ever-changing mixture of forms.
